We will honour the applicable laws on data protection enforced in Japan to obtain, use and maintain information related to you and will not use such information without your prior consent in writing, by fax or in e-mail outside the business conduct related to the services you requested. For example, we are allowed to pass onto financial institutions the necessary details obtained from you to process the mortgage your application. In such or a similar process, we may be imparted with your credit worthiness upon receiving replies from financial institutions. We are obliged to maintain the contents of client data accurately at all times.

When a client requests us to disclose the contents of his confidential information in our custody, or to make corrections to them, or cease the use of them, we are obliged to do so promptly after necessary verification.
