We are a micro-cap company with an ambition to get our market cap to $1 billion US in the next 10 years. To deserve a market cap of that magnitude, we have to make a lot of drastic changes to ourselves and first and foremost one is to "go English". We now have an English speaker as a Member of the Board, Taddy Nakai. He will be delighted to take calls from investors from English speaking regions.

Every investor is taking a high risk with his own capital and deserves good disclosure from us. We are very open about our shortcomings as an organisation and sufferings resulting from the current property market so please don't hesitate to ask us questions.

We also welcome suggestions on business-tie up or private placement. We, like many other developers of our size, need capital infusion, if we could get it at all.
